Forma

Self-initiated concept product / engineering demonstration. Forma is not a medical or fitness device: it measures nothing, records nothing and makes no health claims. Every workout, ring, heart-rate zone and streak is fictional demo data.

Forma is a training app. Three activity rings and a streak open the day, a filterable library leads into a full-screen session with per-set logging, rest timers and exercise cues, and finishing a session feeds a weekly progress chart and a schedule you can re-plan.

A workout screen is used with sweaty thumbs and half a glance, so the session runs full screen with oversized targets, a live elapsed timer, a rest countdown that can be skipped and unambiguous set state. Everything a user does mid-session survives a reload.

Like Vela, Forma is built from React Native components rendered through react-native-web and bundled with Vite — a web-hosted mobile simulation, not a compiled binary. The rings and charts are drawn from primitives so they animate exactly with the data, and session progress is a typed reducer persisted on the device.
